I've just been to CanCon, Australia's largest convention and it whetted my appetite for a decent bit of gaming.

Any news on how Delving Deeper is going?

I am sorry, Craig. I am way too busy trying to finish up three big projects.

I habe compiled the list but not sent the email yet. I will announce it when I send them.

I downloaded, read and digested the rules.
Excellent work. I hope to get my friends that are all buggy over the 'newest, latest and greatest' incarnation of D&D to give it a play.
It may be easier than getting them into the less familiar Tunnels and Trolls.
Of course I am going to give it a tweak here and there.
I will allow some additional cross classing, up weapon damage and introduce a simple skill system to handle my clever friends attempts to test my resolve and try my patience...but its not role playing without house rules.

I am looking forward to introducing some new players as well and this may be just the right thing.
